Birthing the New You, 2021
This work was created after hearing a wonderfully inspiring conversation between two people.
I had always known that when I created art I was ‘in the zone’ as they call it. Knowing what I know now about meditation, I was always in a meditative place, creative place in my mind’s eye while I created. This was the first time I tapped into my intuitive knowing and created connecting and infusing a piece with healing energy.
